Hey Mike
Quick question. To get the PER signed off does the accountant need to be qualified. Where I work the accountant is a member of IFA which is registered with IFAC. Are they allowed to sign off my PER.

There must be hundreds of students in a similar position where they don’t work with a qualified accountant
