BPP Late Delivery

Hi there,

Just a warning for all of you out there!

I ordered a book from BPP more than 16 days ago, and it still has not arrived. When I contacted them, the polite gentlemen told me that it has NOT BEEN PROCESSED YET. I live in UK, so it’s a 3-5 business days delivery MAX!

Anyways, if you order something, give them a call in 3 days and tell them to hurry up or you’ll end up screwed like me. He said 3 more days now that it’s on “Urgent” status. And they didn’t even offer me an Ebook!

So in all, if I didn’t call them, I would’ve received the book AFTER the exams.
