sir can you explain exclusion clause in full?

Even a look at the OT lecture notes would help. Now, when you’ve done that, post a specific query ( or queries ) on this page and I’ll answer them. You could even listen to the OT podcast on exclusion clauses!

June 3, 2010 at 2:22 pm #60944Of course it’s important! It could easily be the subject of a 10 marker. equally, it may not appear on the paper at all – maybe not even in 2010. Who can tell?
