what is corporate citizenship(CC)?
how come it create goveernment failure and corporate power?

hi dou and hw are u? the last part of yr question is not quite clear.Could u do something towards that?
On the 1st part, CC does not create government failure & corporate power. Instead the paragragh is telling us that CC should have been regulated by governments but due either neglegence, lack of resources, lack time this important area is left unattended to.Corporate power is illustrating how, companies then try to create their image and reputation within their environment by acting responsibly to more stakeholders than just shareholders. this has somthing to do with the Socialist groups of Gray, Owen and Adams 7 positions of ethical behaviour.

Corporate citizenship may also called “Corporate Social Responsibility”, which is a part of expanded “Corporate Governance” view. It would affect corporate power and failure because the success of a corporation relies on how far it can fulfill the expectations of its stakeholders.
