i have paid my exam fees but my annual subscription is still due. im not able to pay it now cuz of the busy server.
can i pay it after 15april?April 14, 2010 at 12:01 pm #59178hi hudazahur,
you paid ur exam fees for which exam? in june or in dec 2010???
bcas you have to pay your subscription fees on or before 31 jan 2010 for june 2010 exam and 15th august for dec 2010 exam. In short if you havent paid yet probably ur not eligible to sit in june exam. pls call acca and ask them about this problem.

i am also having the same problem … i always paid on the last day … But this time i cant even go to “MyAcca” page so it means i cant pay … Hmmm i think 15th April is the last date of Annual subscription as well .. But how can i pay if they removed “MyACCA” page ..
April 15, 2010 at 3:37 am #59180Actually, you had until the 31 March to pay your annual subscription. Not certain how they will treat late submissions. I suggest you call ACCA regional office or head office and speak to customer service. I find it strange you apid for exams and not for subscription. I suppose you did not pay for exams online (correct me if I am wrong)
April 15, 2010 at 1:38 pm #59181what i understand from a friend of mine and she also contacted country’s acca office to clarify that MYACCA online payment only available between period the date result released (20.2.10) til closing date of entering exam(15.4.10) for students either ops to enter exam and/or pay subscription fee.
So if you only pay exam fee without subscription fee, I do think that ACCA will not allow you enter the exam hall because you owe them subscription fee (part of the exam rules). I suggest you quickly contact ACCA office to clarify your problem and ask for their favour to allow payment immediately after 15.4.10 via any mode of payment.
Actually i noticed that MYACCA online payment has changed that I could not pay exam fee and subscription fee together in one transaction. So that time I do 2 transactions separately to pay exam fee and subscription fee, but of course I do it on same day.April 15, 2010 at 1:57 pm #59182noo i paid exam fees online on 14th april itself!
and i checked with the regional head office they said i can pay it after the dead line for exam fees…i hope they’re 100% sure on that…i checked wid 3 reliable sources n all of them said i can pay it after d deadline 😀April 15, 2010 at 2:44 pm #59183ok, then did you mention that you gonna pay via online? or you’re going to use offline mode of payment?
this is because my friend who is not ops to sitting exam, but simply wanna to pay subs fee after exam closing date. and the online payment mode is offline. what she did is she post her postal cheque to UK office. (this happened last year).
may be acca has improved that giving no limit of time do any outstanding online payment.April 15, 2010 at 4:23 pm #59184AnonymousInactive- Topics: 7

I guess it will be pretty difficult to pay your subscription online at this time. Because of the volume of transactions on ACCA’s website at this moment, their system may not be able to process subscriptions now. You’d have to wait until the standard exam entry period is over. You can still pay by then. I have had such an experience before where I had to pay for subscription after the standard exam entry. I had actually entered for the exam but the outstanding subscription was not computed with the exam fees. ACCA will not just suddenly remove your name from their list. They will send you an email to notify you that your name will be removed from the list if you don’t pay by a specific date which will be communicated to you in the mail. This will definitely be before the exam date. But you can definitely pay after the exam standard entry through your portal on myACCA
