Dear friends,
i am getting the following error, as i tried 2 debit cards and 1 credit card. The payment is not going through. I am finish……….just one day to left for the deadline and i am trying to pay exam fees from last week. The ACCA connect people saying that there is some error we know, try after some time.
What to do??? how to pay for exam fees???
error : Payments
Authorisation Failed
We were unable to authorise your transaction (Order Number: 2779981).
Technical failure – Error after authorisation for order id 2912748. Error code – DECLINE. Error Message – xx_core_finance_pkg.p_adf_post_epdq: Credit card payment declined for order 2779981

The problem is from ACCA end due to extensive load on website. Try to pay your fees in off-peak times like late night or early morning so that there is less load on website.Also try to change your browser.
Absolutely agree with the previous comment.
Also try to call them (e.g. by Skype as it’s cheaper), maybe they will accept payment by phone…or at least maybe you’ll get any help.Good luck!

i was trying to pay my exam fees from Today Morning!!! and your lucky you even had a chance to go to the Credit card details page! haha
I was getting the following error when i typed my ACCA log in and password..
Error: Internal Processing Error
Unfortunately an error has occurred and we have temporarily lost service.
Please could you re-start your processing.
We apologise for this and respect your patience.
Wed Apr 14 15:17:27 BST 2010So i finally got rid of this error after refreshing my page 1000000000000 of times!!!! and i now have authorized my payment also..
i never went so late ever in paying my fees one day before and this is the first time

i have a feeling(i may be wrong) is your credit card enabled by your bank for online payments???? (because not all credit cards are by default! we have to request the bank to enable the credit card for online payments etc..) if you got wot i mean ..
Phone your bank now and ask them now! before it gets too late ..

i also got this error. it seems to occur when you’ve tried too many times and have been locked out of the system. i finally clicked on ‘problems logging in’ and requested a new passcode and 30 minutes later i was able to register and pay for my exams. this was after trying for two whole days morning, noon and night and pulling my hair out with both hands. how about a better error message. lol

This error occur in some credit card . When i use another credit card they didnt give error.
