Hi Sir
Is it ok If i follow your workings for published account question ?
Just wondering if they may deduct any marks as I’m not follow the examiner’s working.
Thanks Sir.
My workings are just fine! So long as you arrive at the correct figures it doesn’t matter how you get there
However, the way I set out my workings is the way that I have become most comfortable with over many years
Just remember, your workings need to be clear enough for a marker to follow through what you have done because where, for example, a single figure in the financial statements is arrived at by a combination of 4+ other amounts, the marker needs to see the detail of those amounts that you have included because just one mistake in that calculation will cost you 4+ marks if you haven’t shown those workings
OK?
