Unfair dismissal act applies
a) if employee must have continuous employment of 2 years except in case of dismissal due to maternity leave in which case this requirment does not apply
b) employee files a case of dismissal within 3 months to employment tribunal
So sir both of the above conditions need to be satisfied or either any 1 condition need to be satisfied?
