Hie. Which notes do I use if I want to write CBE F4 exam I see there are two types of notes on the website

That depends on which variant you have selected!
If you have selected to take the F4 English variant, then use the F4 English course notes
If, however, you have selected the F4 Global variant, then F4 Global course notes are the edition that you should use
