1) Sir what the above phrase means?
2) Here other relatives can also mean property matters between parents and children ?1) It means that the Court IS prepared to interpret the arrangement as being made with the intention to create legal relations … so the Court is prepared to rebut the presumption that there was no intention

2) Yes, I believe that children are normally classed as being relatives of their parents
