Pls help me differentiate between the following..
Factors to be considered in formulating a trade receivables management policy
And
Factors to be considered in formulating working capital policy on the management of trade receivables.
Both statements are different ways of asking the same thing 🙂
(But before you ask, the examiner has produced different answers when he has asked the different statements. Don’t worry about that – partly because examiners answers are always much longer than those expected from students to get the marks, and (more importantly) the examiners answers are only suggested points. All of the points he mentions are valid and would get the marks (you can see how many marks for each point on the marking scheme – usually it is 1 mark per point, so for (say) 5 marks you are aiming to make 5 points)).
