Sir as far as cases are concerned, do we have to remember the story that happened in the cases?

    No!

This is a CB exam with mcqs and mtqs

When do you imagine you will be given the opportunity to recount the story?

This exam is “select a guess” exam. There is no writing involved

There’s no need to remember neither the name, nor the date, nor the Court, nor the facts, nor the story

The only thing of relevance is the principle of law that the case establishes or confirms

    OK?
