I appreciate if you could guide me on the below question:
FFT runs a factory which manufactures speakers. It has identified that a major critical success factor in its market is the quality of the speaker.
Which level of the Lynch and Cross of performance would this measure be included within?
A. Business unit
B. Corporate vision
C. Departments and work centers
D. Business operating systems.
My answer was Departments and work centers as “quality” is a factor of the level, however the correct answer is A. Business Unit.
Can you please clarify how Business unit is related to Quality?
Thanks in advance.
I agree with you. Any diagrams I have seen of this model include quality at the departments and work centre level. For example:

I assume they have marked down the wrong answer (quality issue!)
