p4 sylabus

hello ,i did p4 exams last year in dec 2016 and failed and so i downloaded OT notes relevant for that period and i also have bpp books for dec 2016 exams

i now plan to give p4 in march 2018 , and want to ask are my opentuition notes for dec 2016 exams ,the same for march 2017 exams ? or do i have to re download the new notes ?
and what about about the video lectures ….. did the lectures change from last year, and so do i have to rewatch them ..or r they the same from last year ?

and, if there a slight change in sylabus from dec 2016? and can u mention anything additional that has been added to the notes or any changes in video lecture ?
