    Hi,

For the CBE exam, do you need to know case law and the name of the each case? Or is it just in the books to develop your understanding of a topic/issue?

    Thanks in advance.

It’s in the books to try to bring the subject to life

The cases illustrate specific principles of law and those principles would be utterly dry and totally boring without the (often amusing) stories behind them

Do you need to remember the case names? Absolutely NOT

    OK?
