Dear sir
I want to ask how the interest of loan notes issued as part of consideration will affect the group retained earnings calculation ? Is there any post acquisition effect of these loan notes on consolidated fs?

How can there be? The loan interest expense is an expense of the parent, not the subsidiary
In answer to your question … “Is there any post acquisition effect of these loan notes on consolidated fs?” … the answer is “No”
