-How can can someone reasonably foresee the ‘ type’ of injury?2. Could you also explain why B could not be the answer?
You could reasonably foresee that a person could fall through rotten floorboards in a derelict building
You couldn’t reasonably foresee that they would break both arms and suffer head injuries … it could have been the case that they simply suffered from a bit of shock but broke nothing
