Sir i dont understand how they have calculated the bottleneck

As the examiner wrote in the last sentence of his answer, there are no calculations needed. It is clear from the table in the question that each of the products spends the most time in pressing. Given that the bottleneck process is the one that slows down the whole production, pressing has to be the bottleneck.
