Hi john I am not sure if I total understand balanced scorecard
from my understanding balanced score card as to do with not only financial performance but also non financial performance. it looks at the profitability of the company and provide ways to keep their customers happy this will help the business to grow and get positive performance for company
What you have written is correct – it looks at both financial and non-financial performance by having performance measure under each of the four perspectives.
