If the original job, for which the employee was employed, no longer exists then that would not be classed as redundancy
And if you’re promoted or moved to a similar position without losing authority or status then I doubt that that would be classed as redundancy, particularly if the move is with your consent
But if a move is offered and you refuse, and your original job still exists, and the employer says “Then I’ll have to let you go (ie “You’re fired”)” I believe that that would be classed as redundancy
