Sir,
Isn’t there any lecture on merger & acquisition and corporate reorganization?No – there is no lecture at present.
Mergers and acquisitions do not require any additional techniques other than those explained in other lectures. The problem is more one of approach which is why I have uploaded several lectures working through question 1’s from past exams. In these I do go through the approach as well as obviously the technical aspects.
