I’ve just been awarded the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business by the ACCA. My question is, what are the correct post-nominal letters to use? I know that I could use AdvDip, but that doesn’t quite say much in terms of what the Diploma was for, or from whom.
Examples are:
– AdvDip Acc. Bus.
– AdvDip AccBus
– AdvDip Acc. & Bus.
– AdvDip Acc. Bus. (ACCA)
– AdvDip AccBus. (ACCA)
– AdvDip Acc. & Bus. (ACCA)Etc.
Also, would the inclusion of the letters ACCA in brackets still be disallowed? In other post-nominals, it is common to include the name of the awarding institution or university in italics. But given that ACCA affiliates use the actual letters, how would an ACCA Diploma holder indicate that in their post-nominal?

Thank you for that advice. The problem with Students@ACCA.com right now is that they are taking far too long to respond to anything. I have a number of queries still pending with them, and yet to get a clear resolution on them. It seems that the demise of the old Professional Ethics module tomorrow has created quite a rush of activity.
I was therefore hopeful that the knowledgeable folk here at OpenTuition might be able to help me. Anyway, I might just have to wait a bit.
