1.I don’t understand why the agent is not liable when he acts on his own but does identify himself as an agent, I thought the principal has no idea that the agent is acting on his own..? Or is it the same as the principal not giving notice to the third party about the removal of the agent..?
If he says he’s an agent, the liability is on the principal.
BUT the principal is consequently able to sue the agent for the recovery of any loss
OK?
