Hi, is it still possible to get the full 2 marks for an answer to questions in section B of the exam without quoting a case name?

Not only is it possible … case names have no place nowadays in the F4 exam

I include them as stories but, next time I record F4, I shall probably just say “There is a case that shows that adverts are very occasionally treated as offers instead of invitations”

I may even go into the story of Carlill

But the case names themselves are of little relevance in 2017 F4 exams

    OK?
