Hello
a) if suppose a fixed charge was created on an asset on 2nd Jan and it was not registered, and another fixed charge was created on the same asset on 10th Jan and it was registered on 20 Jan, so which 1 has priority?
b) if suppose a fixed charge was created on an asset on 3rd March and it was registered on 30th March , and another fixed charge was created on the same asset on 6th March and it was registered on 15th March, so which 1 has priority?
