Which of the following is an English court normally bound to follow?

    1. The answer is ‘the ratio of a court at the same level’.
    2. Could you explain what does ‘court at the same level’ mean in this context?

A decision made in the High Court must (normally) be followed by later judges hearing cases in the High Court

Why? Because the High Court is on the same level as … the High Court

But the Court of Appeal need not follow those earlier ratios because the Court of Appeal is on a higher level than the High Court

    Better?
