    Hi sir,

It is important that when risks are identified that the auditor also considers the possibility of mitigating factors which might counter balance the indicator of possible going concern problem.

As for operational risk, for example, shortage of essential raw materials for manufacturing process is a possible indicator.

I am wondering why its related possible mitigation factor is research and development depreciation close to finding synthetic alternative.

    Thanks

Why have you double posted this question?

Please try to avoid this in future

And I still don’t know what is “research and development depreciation”
