Concerning unlimited liability company, how this type of company have a separate legal identity and at the same time making members suffering from unlimited liability?
My confusion about this is that, does making members suffer from unlimited destroying the effect of having a separate legal identity?
No-one forces you to become a member of an unlimited liability company and nor does anyone handcuff you into membership
So what’s the problem? You go in with your eyes open or, if you decide the risk is too great, you don’t go in at all
OK?
