high interest rates will attract foreign investors into sterling investment. what is sterling investment?
balance of payment: is made of a current account which consists of capital related transaction authorised by the government for countries under the European union,to pay for citizens and transactions working in other countries.
Sir, is the above statement correct?

I don’t understand the second statement. Balance of payments does not just refer to Europe.
