Hi Sir Mike,
I was reading a thread here and when going concern matter is not adequately disclosed or not disclosed at all, then there is a modification of the report. Do we still put MURGC?
Why would we need to put MURGC if it will be in Basis for qualified/adverse opinion paragraph anyway?

Yes, we still need MURGC
Why? Because the matter that is the subject of the modified opinion is the inadequate disclosure (or lack of disclosure)
The qualified opinion is NOT about the going concern concerns
OK?
