Is it possible for a small company to take on international orientation approaches like ethnocentrism, geocentrism etc? Because I was thinking it does not have sufficient resources to expand its operations?
Gary
It is difficult for a small firm to become international. The easiest way would be to enter a distribution agreement, or to license manufacturer to a foreign manufacturer in exchange for a royalty.
That way they don’t need manufacturing resource of their own abroad and a foreign distributor has expertise in the foreign market.
