Hi John,
In the answer the amounts are 0.5 for cakes 0.2 for Cookies and 1.0 for shakes, according to the questions it’s 0.75, 0.30 and 1.50! Sorry why are these figures different? Am I losing the plot?
Thank you,
Bronwyn
Sorry this is the grams per beta per cake/cookie/shake
The 0.75, 0.30 and 1.50 are the cost in $’s of the Betta used for each unit of each product.
The 0.5, 0.20, and 1.0 are the grams of Betta used for each unit of each product.
Since cakes cost $0.75 per unit, and Betta costs $1.50 per gram, it means that cakes must be using 0.75/1.50 = 0.5 grams per cake.
It is the same workings for cookies and for shakes.
Thank you John! Time to give the brain a rest! Soooooo obvious thank you sorry ?
You are welcome 🙂
