    Hi sir.
I will attempt the f4 paper in sept.2017 in cbe mode
What i would like to know is whether i should know all the cases and the story behind it(for e.g gorris v scott,re sigsworth…among others) for the exam.?

No – there’s no need to know ANY of them

What IS important is that you remember the principle of law that is illustrated by these cases – me teaching those principles by telling the stories behind the cases is so that it will make it easier (I believe) for you to remember the principles

But you will have absolutely no chance at all of demonstrating your case name knowledge in the examination

Is that a disappointment (or is it a relief?)
