    for quick ratio & current ratio what is the average a business should have so they will know that they are not in a red zone

    like I am 1.6:1 am I ok or in a red zone

    It all depends on the business that the entity operates in

    As a sweeping generalisation, the quick ratio should show not less than parity (1:1) and the current ratio … maybe 1.5:1 or even 2:1

    What has this got to do with quick ratios and current ratios?
