“A company may change its registered office (but not its domicile), but for a
period of 14 days after notice is served any person may validly present documents to the previous
    address.”

    Dear Sir,

I don’t quite understand the “for a period of 14 days after notice is served any person may validly present documents to the previous address.”

Does it mean that if a company changes its registered office on Jan 1st, then UNTIL Jan 14th, any person can validly still send documents to the old address?

    Thank you Sir
