HI,
In FY 2014 A” parent company hold B” @60%, in FY2015 B” Subsidary paid Cash dividend Rs.1,00,000/- (to A” Parent Rs. 60,000 and to NCI Rs.40,000/-)
at Subsidary level Financial statement in Cash flow- Dividend paid Rs.1,00,000/
1. ) at Consolidated level -Financial statement in Cash flow – Dividend paid to NCI Rs. 40,000/- ( dividend paid from subsidary and recieved by parent is eliminated at consolidated level, so no need to show in CFS, only NCI paid will be shown)
2.) is it correct at Consolidated level, divided recieved from subsidary Rs. 60,000/- and dividend paid to NCI Rs. 40,000/- need to be shown
Which is the correct 1 or 2 to present in Consolidated Cash flow-Dividend paid by subsidary to parent/NCI, as per IFRS.
