I am sitting for f4 cbe exam in Lahore, pakistan . but I don’t know if it is global or English variant ? .will this affect my paper. I studied from Kaplan f4 book ( eng variant ) . I took tution privately from a tutor . no any academy. so will this affect my preparation.
If you’ve been studying from a Kaplan English variant book, then I suggest that it’s the English variant that you should be attempting
You don’t specify what the book is (study text or exam kit) but whatever it is, open your exam kit and practice those mcqs and mtqs for endless hour after endless hour
By tackling your studies this way it will reduce almost completely the chance of you being faced with a totally unfamiliar question when you take the exam

It doesn’t matter how you prepare, just so long as you prepare!
You also don’t say when you are scheduled to take your exam – is it tomorrow, next week, next month? So I really have no idea whether my advice is practical or not
