Dear Tutor,
As per lec note “Gift relief may be claimed on the gift of the following assets:
Assets used in the trade of:
the donor (i.e. where he is a sole trader)
the donor’s personal company….”
What about in case of partnership will there be no relief?It will include assets used in the trade of the donor whether a sole trader or a partnership
