Hi John,
I have taken the June P4 exam and I have a query. In the first question a company was taking over another company which had around 100000 shares. They were offering share for share exchange such that for every $1 share 33cents were going to the shareholders of target co and 67cents to the shareholders of predator co. The question said how many share for share will be exchanged.
These numbers may not be exact match but generally I have done questions where there is either two for one offer or something similar. In above example, how can one find out how to find the number of shares.
Please advise.
Kind regards
Punesh
I would need to see the actual question to be able to answer, but it is not available.
