Barton Ltd
Four-month period ended 31 December 2015
0 related 51 group co.
600,000 current year ttp
1,600,000 previous yr ttp
Baron has to pay installments i know that but it only traded for 4 months does this trading period affect the 1.5m limit (I mean will the limit be apportioned for 4 months like 1.5m x 4/12)? Please explain why Baron will pay installments?
The profit limit will be time apportioned if the CAP is less than 12 months
Sir, shouldn’t we take into account whether this is the first year as a large company and whether augmented profits of £10 million has been exceeded or not (in this case, £10mil x 4/12=£3333333)?
Either sameed forgot to include those details or the question doesn’t mention them in that case the company had to pay quarterly installments in the previous year as well.
