Sir .. can u please explain that if a company is in recession and disposable income is falling , co. Is producing light bulbs .. what would be the effect of this to company regarding pestel analysis .. its a past exam question from dec 16 .. please explain me this economic issue ..
This is well-explained in the ACCA model answer. Light bulbs are essential products (people will not want to revert to candles) so economic prosperity or decline has little effect on demand.
