Hi All,
For all those sitting F8 & F9 next week, best of luck! i’m doing F8 & F9 CBE’s next week, first time sitting the new CBE’s and I just read on the ACCA site in the resources for CBE’s section that the length given for these exams is 3 hrs & 20 mins. They’ve also included what they’re calling “seeded” questions…10 in total that carry no marks but have to be answered and it also says the total marks on the exam is 110? Totally confused by what I’ve read..anyone have any idea why they are doing this and what it means exactly? Seems a little unfair that we would have to answer questions that don’t carry any marks and it’s also extending the time of the exam as a result. First i’ve heard of this and none of the tutors have mentioned it either.
Thanks
