I would like to ask what mean complex organisation structure?
What is the difference between virtual organization, hollow and network organization?
Any pass year que on this topic?

Complex probably just means divisional or matrix.
The other terms are explained in our P3 and F1 notes. I don’t recall a question in P5. These terms are not mentiined in the P5 syllabus.
