Whose job is to manage the quality of production? ( if not FM’s)
P.S please dont close chat for replies cause im trying to sort my weak spots out with you and take notes of them from the very start.
The production manager!
(The financial manager will likely be interested in measures of quality, but it is not his/her job to manage it,)
I will leave the thread open, but only for other questions on the Chapter 1 test. For any other questions you must open a new thread.
The reason is that we do not give free of charge private tuition and so our answers are to benefit everyone – they can both read the answers as they are posted, and can use the search box to find past questions and answer on specific topics.
