HI.who is more powerful in an organization Ececutive director(CEO) or Non executive director(Chairman)?
Q2:Who is non executive director except Chairman?
Q3:Public Sector Organisation cannot be commercial oranisation because their primary aim is to provide basic governnment facilities?
I am waiting for your answer.
Thank you
1 They can have equal power. CEO runs the company, Chairman runs the board.
2 A non executive director is anyone appointed as a NED. There is supposed to be a balance (50/50) executive and non executive directors.
3 A public sector organisation can be commercial. Eg, at one point British Airways was state owned and was expected to make a profit.
