Which Qualifications to become Real Estate Accountant

Hi All,

I am looking for advice please help, I become a member in December last year and I have been working in different commercial industries.

I want to venture into the property industry which exams do one have to take to become a Real Estate Accountant or should i just study property development just short courses?

I have decided to try my luck in this industry since other industries there is more competition it seems like there are more accountants than the jobs available outside there.
