Hello sir,
I have a problem on Foreign currency translation on consolidation.While calculating group translation reserve,there are 2 ways to do.one way is calculating translation on goodwill and net assets and another way is to calculate parent forex gain/loss on cost of investment.so i am confused that if i used 1st way to calculate,will it be right or wrong ? please I need your help in this matter.
