Hello,
Sir I am writing P3 in June ’17. I wanted to ask whether I should take OT lectures in its progression or can go section wise.
I have planned to take lecture in the following sequence
1. Business Process Change
2. Information Technology
3. Project Management
4.Strategic Position
5. Strategic Choices
6. Strategic Action
7.Finance
8. People
Sir, do you recommend this progression? or should I follow the OT’s lecture progression?
Why do position, choices action come after process change, IT PM?
Strategic planning should first decide on the strategy (4, 5, 6 above) and that will largely determine 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8.
My perspective was to finish section B questions first, which usually consist of Process Change, IT and PM.
As you wish.
