Hi Sir
I’m having trouble working out the answers for Part B questions 1 and 2. my answer for the NPV is 53520 and my answer for the IRR is 17. can you tell me what it is I may be doing wrong. I did it as outlined in the lecture but cant seem to get the right answer.

It is impossible for me to know what you did wrong without knowing what you did!!
Also, you do not say which specimen exam you are referring to. I assume you mean the specimens exam on the ACCA website?
