in question no.32 the selling price is inflating by 4%. so my question is how the 2nd year selling price is 19.47? how to calculate it?
The selling price in year 2 at current prices is $18.
There is inflation at 4% per annum.
So the actual selling price is 18 x 1.04^2 = 19.47
